The jalapeo in this Jalapeno-Cucumber Margarita gives the classic drink a kick, and the cucumber adds a cool, fresh touch.
Ingredients: 2 oz tequila. 1 oz fresh lime juice. 1 oz triple sec. 2 slices jalapeno seeds removed. 3 slices cucumber. 1/2 oz agave nectar. Salt for rimming. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Mix cucumber and jalapeno slices together in a shaker. Agave nectar, lime juice, and triple sec should all be added. Put ice cubes in the shaker. Make sure to shake it well until it's cold. Pour into a glass with a salty edge that is full of ice. Add a cucumber or jalapeno slice as a garnish if you want to.
