Ingredients: 8 oz macaroni pasta. 2 tbsp butter. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. 1 cups milk. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup diced pepperoni. cup pizza sauce. tsp garlic powder. tsp dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the box to cook the macaroni pasta. Once it's done, drain it and set it aside. Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a large saucepan. Mix in the flour, and cook for one to two minutes, until it turns golden and bubbly. Slowly whisk in the milk, and cook for about 5 minutes, or until it gets thick. Turn down the heat and mix in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until they melt and become smooth. Pizza sauce, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper should all be added now. Combine well. Mix the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce so that it's all covered. If you want, you can serve it hot with fresh basil leaves on top.
