Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets, cut into chunks. 2 lemons, thinly sliced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Put minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss the salmon chunks in the bowl until they are well covered. Put salmon chunks and lemon slices on skewers one after the other. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. If you use a fork to test the salmon, it should flake easily after being cooked for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs.
