Ingredients: 200g sushi rice. 4 sheets nori seaweed. 100g smoked salmon. 1 avocado. 1 cucumber. Soy sauce, for dipping. Pickled ginger, for serving. Wasabi, for serving.
Instructions: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Slice smoked salmon, avocado, and cucumber into thin strips. Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving about 1cm uncovered at the top. Arrange smoked salmon, avocado, and cucumber strips on the rice. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a little water. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
