Ingredients: 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, brown sugar, thyme, paprika, and black pepper to make the marinade. Place the steak cubes in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated steak, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers, alternating the ingredients. Grill kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired level of doneness and vegetables are tender and slightly charred. Serve hot, and enjoy!
