Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 2 cups cooked chicken, diced. 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained. 1/2 cup sliced almonds. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt. 2 tbsp honey. 1 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp rice vinegar. 1/2 tsp sesame oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced chicken, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
