I named her Simone, and she's a regal little lady who spends her time gardening fresh lavender bushels for galas where she presents delicate, boozey beverages for her guests. She loves a good Lemon Lavender Spritz, alongside a helping of lemon sugar cookies. I imagine her to be pretty good friends with her neighbors, and they meet up weekly for their book club and to share gossip.
