So.. Remember i had a problem going to pee.. It results i have a massive kidney infection. Im back in México... And 2 days After my arrival i Was hospitalized with kidney problems!! Now i have a 3 week treatment and then i have to make some studies to see if i have kidney stones. Right now my kidney is twice its size! So the doctors cant Tell for sure. Lets hope i dont have them. The worst part is staying still, not working out and Being in bed. This is sooooo hard. Wish me luck

Today i have my government appointment for my NIE’s renewal. Its kind of a green card. And its necessary for the citiZenship. You are supposed to hand it when You receive your spanish birth certificate. Its a looooong paper work. But thats the reason of my journey. Anyway. I got to bed yesterday soooo tired around 11 pm. And at 3am i went to the bathroom and the most awful feeling stroke me. I felt like i Was peeing razors!! I dont know what i ate of where i got the infection but its something called sistitis. My Granma has it chronic. . Any way. Couldnt sleep. I stayed suffering until 7 am and i decided to take a shower and get a medicine. I cant take it. So i started walking for An hour.. Can You believe every pharmacy un Barcelona is closed until 9?????? . An old man told me that if i wanted i could go to urgencies to the hospital!! . So i got inside a Starbucks and im making time until they open!! Im having chamomile tea. Somehow my placebo heart tells me its going to help

I just got back from the gym.. My membership is cheap because i have to go between 9 am and 2Â pm.. I woke up at 12!!! Ajajajajaj this jetlag is killing me!!! So i had a quick oatmeal and ran to the gym!! I had a great workout. I DID 4 series of 10 front squat, 10 deadlifts, 10 lunges, 8 dumbell snatch and 5 min skipping rope. Just had my protein and half banana. Since i didnt bring any shaker i just used a small water bottle with a big mouth jejejej. Uffffff made it!!!

I dont know whats wrong with me.. Perhaps its the jet lag, but im feeling lethargic. Today i woke up at 12 afternoon!! I went to make some copies and went "quickly" to the appartment to leave the papers there. The thing Was the bed started calling me.. "Just a liiiittle nap" jajaajaj i Was sooo tired i fell asleep for about An hour. Later on i chatted with my husband. They are having a great time in México travelling.. Somehow today at coffee time i miss them all!! :(. Coffee isnt the same without my team. Ill finish it and go for a walk.. Later a run.. I promised!! I managed to get a promotion in my old gym. So i got a great deal for 10 days of gym.. Ill go every day.. I need the weights!! Im starting to feel soft jajajajaj Muakkk

While im in Barcelona, my husband, his mother and our friend Toño went for a small trip on their way back from México city to TLACOTALPAN Veracruz. I DID WENT FOR A RUN!! Not bad considering i arrived today 8 hours ago from a looooooong trip. It Was really hard to start but i remembered my promise. So day 1 conquered. I ate clean and went for a 35 min run. With a strong pace. The view in Barceloneta is Absolutely gorgeous. I had forgotten it. I loved the view. Good for me!! :)
Heres my Room!! Soooo cheap!! Its high season and i got it for 20€ a day!! Wow. Im strugling with the workout commitment. But ill do it.. Write when im back. Muakkk

Eating healthy in the plane
This is soooo hard!! I have a conecting flight in Miami to Barcelona. I packed some home made protein bars, but i cant eat them passed inmigration. You are not aloud to enter food to the usa, or at léast thats what i've Been told. So right now im ok. I just had my Snack.. The problem will come when i get to the conecting flight. I only have euros, so ill starve in the waiting Room jajajaaj. Hopefully Miami-Bcn flight has something that i can eat. My purpose on this 12 days is to eat clean. I wont be able to diet since when you are travelling is just so much work to carry on your food in tuppers. But ill eat clean except perhaps of the ocassional Glass of wine jejejeje. But ONLY if i workout that day and the next day. So.. Trip challenge. Eat clean. Complex carbs in breakfast and lunch. Simple carbs postworkout, train every day. If im really sored only a slow run. Lets see how it works :)
