as a recreational crossfitter,  I found this competitor's course material to be very accessible. 

So.. Remember i had a problem going to pee.. It results i have a massive kidney infection. Im back in México... And 2 days After my arrival i Was hospitalized with kidney problems!! Now i have a 3 week treatment and then i have to make some studies to see if i have kidney stones. Right now my kidney is twice its size! So the doctors cant Tell for sure. Lets hope i dont have them. The worst part is staying still, not working out and Being in bed. This is sooooo hard. Wish me luck
