What happens when a body used to those hormones suddenly doesn't have them anymore? Well, the latent testosterone levels in a cis woman's body is enough to cause darker and thicker body hair, acne, a change in sex drive, and even thinning hair or balding. Cis women going through menopause don't feel like women because their hormones have shifted. Again, gender affirming therapy.
