Made these 10/18/25. Very easy, an hour of cooling was plenty and this recipe makes a lot of cookies, like, more than 24. I liked the tip about using the measuring spoon for even proportions. They also play well with cookie cutters, I made standard circles, pumpkins, ghosts, and stars because I couldn't find my witch cookie cutter.

They're alright, the bigger cookies (pumpkins and such) ended up being more like scones. The smaller cookies had a more cookie profile. These also puff up quite a lot but don't spread, which makes for a pretty presentation.

Overall 5/10 they're just okay, nothing special. These are the kind of thing you make really quick for your kid after school. I'll probably bring the rest to work.
