To start off 2025, I decided to share a gainer shake recipe I made some time ago and had it taste tested by some of my feedee friends!

I'd like to make more of these so do let me know what you think when you make it!!

Cookies and cream gainer shake recipe:

-Whole pint of Cookies and cream ice cream ~590 calories

-Whole pint of heavy cream ~1600 calories

- Whole Milk to thin out and for taste ~ (a cup) 103 calories

Optional:

-A splash of coffee creamer or vanilla extract to sweeten

-Extra Oreo cookies (if your fat heart desires💞)

-A scoop of your protein powder of choice!

Total shake calories: ~2,293

(For smaller blenders, I'd suggest halving the recipe)
