pjackk sighting fraud advisory
tl;dr pjackk is dead as a dog and the url just keeps getting reused and then deactivated
with pjackk "returning" and summarily dying badly immediately afterwards again recently, i was curious. for reference, here's a genuine pjackk from 2024.
this post identifies the original poster as blog uuid t:HuwUbWALH_henoZVntYRkw. not very interesting on its own, but the mustard gravy thickens.
14 july, 2026. this reblog, however, is identified as uuid t:tNMwxZMmAgBJnswr3_fn1g. and then; yesterday:
t:-ThK-Ibwire-Stwuc-vTDQ matches neither of the previous posts: a second pjackk imitation has hit the dashboard.
when will the next pjackk strike? who knows!
i may be misremembering, but doesnt tumblr completely not let you use the url of a user whos been banned? like im pretty sure deactivating doesnt take it out of the rotation completely, but if any of these pjackks had deactivated, wouldnt they have the -deactivated[date] suffix?
if it means anything, i remember some years back that this group of people would mass report bigots of some kind (its been so long all i remember is they were some kind of assholes???) and once the blogs got banned they would take over the blogs and replace everything with woody. it was called something like woodys roundup but hardly anyone talks about it anymore
