Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips Paleo-friendly.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt should all be combined in a big mixing bowl. To the dry ingredients, add vanilla extract, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Mix thoroughly to form a dough. Stir in dark chocolate chips and chopped cherries. Place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Form it into a log with dimensions of about 3 inches by 12 inches. Bake the biscotti log for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it becomes firm to the touch. Take it out of the oven and give it ten minutes to cool. Lower the oven's temperature to 325F 160C. Cut the biscotti log diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices with a sharp knife. After placing the slices on the baking sheet with the cut side facing down, bake them for a further 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are crispy. Before storing in an airtight container or serving, let the biscotti cool completely.
