Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 1 green bell pepper, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained. 1 15 oz can tomato sauce. 1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 4 oz can diced green chilies. 1 cup beef broth. 2 tablespoons chili powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add the cooked beef to a slow cooker along with chopped onion, green bell pepper, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, diced green chilies, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until well combined. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve hot, garnished with desired toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, or diced onions.
