Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup cucumber slices. 1/2 avocado. 1/2 cup frozen berries blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries. 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1 teaspoon honey optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Put frozen berries, avocado, cucumber slices, and spinach leaves in a blender. Cinnamon, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds should also be added to the blender. For sweetness, you can add a teaspoon of honey if you want to. Mix everything together until it's smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk until it's the right consistency for you.
