These smoky maple-glazed BBQ ribs will make your taste buds happy. Putting sweet maple syrup, tangy barbecue sauce, and smoky spices together makes a flavor explosion that will make your summer grilling trip unforgettable.
Ingredients: 3 lbs baby back ribs. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 1 tbsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze. Brush the glaze onto the ribs, continuing to cook and baste for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the ribs are caramelized and cooked through. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite summer sides and enjoy!
