Ingredients: 1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped. 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Place the chopped beetroot, mixed berries, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey if using in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
