It's crazy how we blame workers for being overworked by calling it burnout and implying that it's kind of like a mental health issue you need to work through on your own, often with the help of an expensive mental health professional, instead of like a systemic issue. As if people just unilaterally decide to overwork themselves to the point their mental health deteriorates.
