It's not spiiting in his face it's making A POINT about what AI does to art. They didn't just pick a random art piece; this is a deliberate choice used to show that AI is a hollow imitation that misses the entire point. "The AI doesn't even follow his extremely recognizable shapes" Yes that's the POINT. That's OP's whole point.

It's supposed to upset you, it's supposed to make you mad that machine learning is being used to disrespect Haring and his legacy. But OP is being sarcastic and purposefully using cute little emojis.
