Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup of water. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup of chocolate frosting. Blue candy melts. White candy melts. Candy eyes. Lollipop sticks.
Instructions: As directed on the package, bake the chocolate cake and allow it to cool. In a large bowl, crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs. Mix the chocolate frosting thoroughly with the cake crumbs after adding it. Roll the cake into tiny balls and put them on a tray lined with parchment. Melt blue candy in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave, following the directions on the package. After dipping the lollipops into the melted candy, place them inside the cake pops. Make sure every cake pop is completely covered by dipping it into the melted blue candy. Let extra run off. Reposition the cake pops onto the tray and refrigerate to allow them to set. Melt white candy and use it to decorate the cake pops with dolphin fins. Use a small amount of melted candy as glue to attach the candy eyes. Before serving, let the cake pops completely set.
