Clementine Ice Cream is a tangy, sweet, and citrusy summer treat that bursts with the refreshing flavor of clementines. It's creamy, indulgent, and perfect for cooling down on hot days.
Ingredients: 4 cups clementine juice. 1 cup sugar. 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. Zest of 2 clementines.
Instructions: Over medium heat, stir the clementine juice and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Take it off the heat and add the whole milk, heavy cream, and clementine zest. Put the mixture in a bowl, cover it, and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight until it is completely cold. Put the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's directions for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until it gets thicker. For at least 4 hours or overnight, freeze ice cream that has been churned until it is firm.
