Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes. 1 can 6 oz tomato paste. 1 cup beef broth. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat. Transfer cooked beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
