This beautiful and tasty Antipasto Wreath will wow your holiday guests. It's a tasty appetizer that looks festive and would be great at any holiday party. It's a show-stopper because of the wreath shape and the tasty ingredients inside.
Ingredients: 1 refrigerated pizza dough. 1/2 cup basil pesto. 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup black olives, sliced. 1/2 cup green olives, sliced. 1/2 cup salami, sliced. 1/2 cup prosciutto, sliced. 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced. 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves. 1/4 cup balsamic glaze.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough on a baking sheet and shape it into a large wreath by overlapping the edges. Spread the basil pesto over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pesto. Layer the cherry tomatoes, black olives, green olives, salami, prosciutto, and roasted red peppers on top of the cheese. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, creating the wreath shape. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish the wreath with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Slice and serve while still warm. Enjoy!
