However, if slang is being used in this, "ヤるか" (yaruka) would be used instead of "やるか" (yaruka). The difference is the katakana usage (ヤ instead of や). Katakana is usually used for slang terms. Since "ヤるか" is NOT used in this, I think the more vague "Shall we do it?" translation is more accurate here. That phrase can imply anything and doesn't have to be intimate at all. Like this can just imply "Shall we compete again?".
