Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups old-fashioned oats. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. 1 cup chopped pecans.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. A 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased. Put the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl and cream them together until they are light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time while beating, and then mix in the vanilla. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones one at a time and mix just until everything is combined. Add the chocolate chips, chopped pecans, crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, and oats. Press the cookie dough into the baking pan so that it's spread out evenly. Heat the oven to 350F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the middle is set. Let it cool down all the way before cutting it into bars. Serve and have fun!
