Add some class to your morning meal with this delicious mix of creamy oatmeal, a perfectly cooked egg, sweet peaches, and honey. A sunny-side-up egg on top of this Peaches and Cream Oatmeal is a tasty and healthy way to start the day.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1 cup milk. 1 ripe peach, sliced. 1 egg. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Fresh berries for garnish optional.
Instructions: Add the milk to the rolled oats in a saucepan. Stir the mixture every once in a while over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer. Turn down the heat and keep cooking, stirring often, for about 5 minutes, or until the oatmeal gets thicker and creamier. Set a nonstick skillet over medium heat while the oatmeal cooks. Use cooking spray or a little butter to lightly grease the pan. Put the egg in the pan and cook it until it's done the way you like it sunny-side-up or over-easy are both good. Take the oatmeal off the heat and add the honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Move the thick oatmeal to a bowl for serving. On top of the oatmeal, put the cooked egg. Put the oatmeal and sliced peaches around the egg. If you want, you can decorate with fresh berries. Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients: 2 eggs. 1/4 cup blueberries. 1 tbsp butter. 1 tsp honey. Pinch of salt. Pinch of ground cinnamon.
Instructions: In a bowl, crack the eggs into it. Add a pinch of salt and beat them well with a whisk. Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put the eggs into the pan after beating them. Wait a minute or two until the edges of the eggs start to set. Spread the blueberries out on one half of the omelette. Put a small amount of ground cinnamon on top of the blueberries. Put honey on top of the blueberries. Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the side with the blueberries. For about one more minute, cook the omelette until it's set but not too done. Put the omelette on a plate, cut it in half, and serve right away.
