My main support person is moving soon, and I’m trying to get consistent therapy in place so I can stay safe, stable, and employed through a huge life change. The first month is the part I can’t afford upfront.

The Rosetta Stone was and is real.

This is indisputable. You can go see the Rosetta Stone on display right now!! I'd say you could even it touch it, but there's museum glass in the way, so that the oils on human skin can't further degrade this 2,000-year-old stele, which is one of the most important surviving historical texts in the world.

The Tower of Babel is not real, and it never was.

The Tower of Babel is a millennia-old religious story about a mythological tower, which serves as a mythological explanation for the origin of different human languages. Yes, there are some religious historians who speculate that the myth was inspired by one or another physical tower, but no, that doesn't prove anything other than "this is how many people in this cultural explained or understood that sort of event."

The Rosetta Stone, on the other hand, is an object of translation that actually exists

I'm starting to revive. Since the last post, I have had a truly "thrilling" experience of working "from 9:00 to 0:00 + weekends" for almost a month. Although the work paid off pretty well, and months after that almost everything was spent on doctors afterwards, and mentally I still feel like a dried-up raisin that fell under the table in abandoned house in the middle of a desert.

... There will be no conclusion to that thought. Anyways, I have worked hard and my work has been fairly paid, and I have never appreciated my free time and weekends as much as I do now. Just take care of yourself, your time and mental health. And remember, that recovering always takes a lot of time.
