It's Another Beautiful Day of Not Being On Mount Everest. just how Every day of my life will be Another Beautiful Day of Not Being On Mount Everest, on account of how I am Never Ever Going There.
Amen to that. And I feel like to ad a footnote to the above, based on an old comment of a friend of mine:
And the world is better for it. The world benefits from me Not Being On Mount Everest, particularly the environment of Mount Everest benefits from my absence (and the absence of so many others). I will keep my trend of Never Ever Going There, to prevent me from contributing to likely-irreversible environmental and social impacts on Mount Everest and surrounds.
There are some places where the lack of my presence (or even better lots of people's presence) is the best thing that can happen to the location. Well done to all of us who are Not Going On Mount Everest. You have done your part!
