So you can't burn the system down to the ground on your own.
But you can demand that the insurance provide you with all of the information about the doctor they used to vet YOUR doctor's decision.
Find out who they are, their identification numbers, if they're licensed to actually preform medicine in your state.
The insurance provider HAS to turn this information over to you if you ask, or... they can instead just approve your fucking claim.
They'll most of the time approve your claim because the alternative is to admit they're committing fraud by having an unlicensed doctor rubber stamp 'nos' for them.
They'll try to sand bag you about it, and sometimes it's too little too late, but you can still fuck with them on this stuff.
It is your right to know who denied your insurance claim. Unfortunately, insurance companies often do not explain who is making the decision
