ARK-Soul Protector: A 45-round, select-fire, mag-fed machine gun intended to be used as an alternative to the ARK-Soul Destroyer by maintaining a similar code of arms to the familiar M16 family; however, unlike its bigger siblings, both conventional and bullpup designs, the user has the option to use this as a versatile, affordable, suppressive, and lightweight machine gun design to their own accord.

But in all seriousness, I am very happy to have made this drawing for CyrusQuirin from Team Tragedy, and I hope that she'll love this alternate universe that Lusiek is in! I was actually inspired by the SCP Foundation since I was listening to some of their articles while making this, and figured, why not imagine them being in the Vortex Operations universe?

Everyone in BLACKLISTED has heard about RDT, the Yakukoshi Hunters, but have you heard of MAT yet? In case you haven't, she'll make sure you will! Or at the very least, she'll be one of the last people you'll want to encounter in the field.

Her name is Takeda Yuma—a Japanese mercenary under Lagunov's Defense Ballistics as a part of Alaya gavan', she's a kind-hearted, and admittedly silly person when it comes to her daily life, but when it comes to combat, things are VERY different! ⚔

Armed with her trusty katana named 'Masaru', she's the most aggressive out of Ag's RECON Team—because while Mariko protects the hostages with her teleportation powers, and Ayaka provides the counter-sniper support behind the scope, Takeda will make sure the fight ends as cleanly with every slash.

Location: St. Marrow Hospital Sublevel — Restricted Zone

Incident Duration: June 10–20, 2010

Summary: On June 10, 2010, Senior Researcher Dr. Nikolas Y. Quint was infected with a dominant variant of VTS-TW (Tremor Wallsulkers) following a containment cell malfunction beneath St. Marrow Hospital; a cascade failure in internal security and communication systems allowed the infected researcher to move freely within the restricted sublevel for several days.

Containment: To isolate the infected host, an unconscious test subject was placed inside a sealed observation chamber to lure Dr. Nikolas into a controlled environment. From the Observation Room, Dr. Kevin Y. Quint initiated the containment procedure; the test subject was injured remotely to attract the infected.

Dr. Nikolas entered the chamber shortly thereafter, and due to the advanced parasitic influence, the human test subject was terminated by the infected host. When the parasite attempted to breach the reinforced glass barrier, Dr. Kevin deployed an intoxicating, fatal nerve agent and followed with a controlled electrical shock to weaken the organism as containment personnel arrived shortly after and secured the facility.

Outcome: Dr. Nikolas was placed in an induced coma and regained consciousness ten days later with no memory of the incident, while Dr. Kevin Quint underwent a psychological evaluation following the event. Both researchers remain under medical supervision in spite of the latter’s improved well-being after seeing their twin brother.

Despite the parasite, now a symbiotic organism, remaining dormant within Dr. Nikolas, both “Dr. Wanderer” and Dr. Kevin, codenamed “Dr. Clockwork”, continue to serve Vortex Operations well under ongoing monitoring.

ARK-Partisan Ally Rifle: This 20-round, select-fire, dual-purpose rifle allows the user to operate this carbine as both a precision and assault weapon; this includes noise suppression by enabling the user to use the scope and suppressor included in the kit or simply use it as is while adding their attachments, ranging from custom sights to foregrips, laser modules, etc.!

For those wondering why I celebrate both Pride and Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, it's not just because both events are prominent this June, but rather, it's because of something far more serious, because behind every smile is built on years of resistance.

More than 720,000 people die by suicide every year, that's 60,000 people a month, ~13,846 a week, ~1,973 a day, and around 82 people an hour. And around the globe, the majority of those deaths are men, both in the Americas and the Philippines, amongst both youth and old.

Those estimates are as of late, and unfortunately for us, most institutions don't prioritize their community as promised.

And when those institutions failed, it's up to us—the people, their friends, community, and families—to be there for one another through. These months are built on a foundation built by bricks and blood, and many have died choosing to be free or themselves; if you know someone who needs your support, help a comrade out and give them your hand, not just your thoughts and prayers.

Jarvis; after the Cold War, this rifle continues seeing service with modernized furniture, a 2-round hyperburst, and rails for attaching bipods, laser-modules, and much more.
