The Large Maw Mermaid, or the more commonly known “Treasure Hoarder”, is a medium sized mermaid found across tropical seas. This mermaid is well documented for gobbling up sunken treasures due its propensity for eating anything it can fit in it’s mouth. Caught specimens are commonly found with bellies full of gems, gold, and other sunken paraphernalia. Its why they are also known by another name, “Neptune’s Purse”.

Thinking about being apart of a fearless pirate crew that finds all the creatures roaming the seas, and strikes deals, which, for the most part, they agree on, so long as they get what they want as well.
The sirens ask to tie us up, and sing and sing, watching us write and plead to get closer. They enjoy seeing us desperate and bound, craving them so. They'll work us to the edge, making us finish with cries before they reward us with our treasure.
The seamonster that picks us off the ship, rips our clothes with it's thick tentacles, and fucks us in the air. They never make it hurt too badly though, and they always make sure to do it where everyone else can see. They let us cross their waters after, sinking back under with promises of the same for our return trip.
The merfolk, who fuck us on the beach, half in the water. They laugh as we try to grip onto something, holding us in place easily, keeping us pinned as they get off. They'll grant us access to their home after, filling our lungs with magic with a kiss.
the selkies that coax us close, then change to their human form on our ship, joining our parties for the night. They take one of us to bed, but fuck us on the deck, as close to the water as possible, enjoying the way we gasp at being caught or seen.
And of course we have each other. Maybe we're a crew made up of different creatures. Perhaps the captain's an Incubus, and the reason we seem to lure the neediest of monsters to our ship.
But all of the crew love it, and we're eager to find out what's next.

I was doing mermay and got throught the first 2 weeks, when I just looked through the rest of the prompts and found a final one I really wanted to do. That prompt was Gemini. So of course I drew Geminitay as a mermaid in her season 10 base on Hermitcraft. Monsters and all, forcing me to actually make a background, which is always a pain, but I think it turned out pretty alright.
I’m not sure if I colored and shaded until the drawing was done, or I was just Done. But still, pretty decent work on my part.
