Jason, hiding a cigarette behind his back: Eeeem, nothing...?

Dick, taking a cigarette from him: You can't smoke, you are too young, you're just 12! It's going to kill you!

Jason: I'm sorry...

*5 minutes later*

Jason: Hey! You are smoking my cigarette!

Dick: I can, I am an adult and your father pissed me off.

Jason: He's also your father.

Like he fully accepted it, the idea was there and then he's like "yep, can't let all this happen to Nico, so I'll die ig". Until the final moments there is no doubt it's not him who's going to die. And then... he doesnt.

Damian, of course, argues against it. He says it’s too risky for people to know their superhero identities are together because someone could use it against them. He also thinks that someone could connect Robin and Superboy dating to Jon and Damian dating and then figure out their secret identities.

Jon shoots this down because people already know that Robin and Superboy are friends and use it against them, so that wouldn’t change. Also, they know plenty of people who are publicly dating as both their superhero and civilian identities and no one has figured any of them out yet.

(Also also, Damian and Jon have a bad habit of making out while on patrol together- usually Jon’s fault- so it’s really only a matter of time before someone sees.)

Jon keeps bringing up these points and pestering Damian until he finally agrees. Jon makes them film all these stupid TikTok’s, and Damian acts all bothered, but he actually starts to like it. Cue Damian filming without Jon knowing and purposely doing things in them that annoy Jon just to ragebait him.

His first video is titled “seeing how loud I have to say my boyfriend’s name before he shows up.” All Damian has to do is whisper and Jon’s there, super worried because why would Damian have to whisper unless he can’t speak freely for some reason? The internet loses their shit over it since the video makes it obvious that Jon is always listening for Damian and is very protective over him.

He has another one called “how long will it take my boyfriend to use his x-ray vision on me if I pretend to be hurt?” Damian sets up the camera and then fakes a slight limp when Jon shows up for patrol. Jon’s eyes immediately get unfocused and a second later he’s asking why Damian’s limping if nothing’s broken? Damian laughs and looks at the camera, which Jon then notices, and he starts yelling because “that’s not funny, D, I thought you were hurt!”

His most popular video is actually a series of videos where he just throws himself off of things and times how long it takes Jon to catch him. Sometimes Jon’s already with him, sometimes he’s not. Sometimes Damian calls for Jon, sometimes he doesn’t. No matter what, Jon always shows up and catches him in record time. The internet absolutely adores them.

"These events are no more uplifting to the soul than when I was alive." Anakim declared looking around with distaste.

"At least you don't need to be here." Leia retorted putting a bright and yet, fake smile on her face when someone passed by them. They waited till they were close of another table, only them Leia talked again. "You can just vanish into the Force. No one actually see you but us"

"I am not leaving the two of you in this rancid place full of...."

"*insult in huttese*"

Anakin stopped in the middle of his sentence and looked at Luke with wild and very shocked eyes.

"That language, my son, is not meant to civilized ears."

"Artoo would say something worse."

"Artoo is not a fair metric, two out of three words he says shall not be heard or translated to a room."

However, I think we need to bring back “devil-child with the laughing eyes”.

Is it a mouthful? Yes. Does it convey every single aspect of Dick’s character at that age? Immaculately so. He’s mischievous. He’s dangerous. But he’s silly and gleeful while doing it, and always laughing. Just… hopefully not at you.

in both pics of anakin, his face is half in the dark, half in the light, showing the conflict within him. this is widely known, especially for the ep. III pic.

but here’s something even more interesting… which probably wasn’t even intentional, but it’s cool nonetheless.

on the left from the scene in clone wars, the right side of anakin’s face is in the light— the side of his face where ahsoka slashes open his mask in rebels.

similarly, the left side of his face is in the light in ep. III when talking to obi-wan, the same side that obi-wan cuts in the obi-wan show.

like. even when anakin was completely consumed by the dark side, ahsoka and obi-wan were able to cut open his mask and reveal a little bit of that light and the person they once knew.
