You Don't Know Who I am... Yet

You have lived your life and we are in the year 2061 (The year of Halley's Comet). During your lifetime, the planet did undergo massive changes.

From battling climate change, shortage of fuel to finding reliable renewable energy source.

From the #metoo, equal rights etc. movements to the female representation now at almost a 50+ percent in the world.

From the burning of rainforests, illegal mining, cutting of trees to now sustainable policies for environmental preservation almost all around the world.

From the glaciers melting and the sea levels rising, the global temperature seems to stabilise and has been reducing slightly each year.

From almost all major cities of world suffering deadly air pollution crisis to almost all the cities now having almost curbed air pollution.

From politicians doing petty politics for personal gains to many major countries now cooperating each other in matters of trade, peace, education, eradication of poverty etc.

From oceans and marine creatures, resources crippled with plastic to much cleaner, pristine seas in the world.

From the people in LGBTQ+ Community struggling for basic rights, now are starting to occupy positions of power, positions that matter.

But you, you did not play any role in any of these changes. You just witnessed them, you did not do anything to support any of these changes.

But you also did not oppose them. And you are now describing the major incidents in these changes, to your grandkids.

What will be these incidents? How did they pan out? How it all fell in place? Decide and get creative...

Every time I am on any social media

So I've always struggled with how easily people say grow up to others. Like...

There is an issue in your life, Grow Up

You're feeling down, Grow Up

You're sick, Grow Up

You're depressed, Grow Up

YoU ExIsT, GrOw UP

And I mean what the actual frickity frack tickity tack is that?!

Why can't a person simply express themselves and ask someone for help, like how in the actual frickity frack tickity tack that could harm anyone?!

Whenever I am told to Grow Up, I'm like hell no, that's not gonna happen, Grow Up and then what; subdue my emotions, my feelings and live like a machine. No thanks I'm good not growing up.
