David Washington ☆ The Vault Dweller

Name is rather ironic - I took it from the story of David and Goliath, and this David is nothing like the biblical one. He's an asshole and was very much a bully while in the Vault. After he leaves it, he considers just letting the bastards die and joining up with a raider gang way too many times. Somehow manages to complete his objective nonetheless, mostly by dumb luck.

Chitsa Washington ☆ The Chosen One

Doesn't actually know or actively use her surname. Chitsa - one of the premade characters in Fallout 2 (though this one shares nothing with the game one beyond the name). Unlike most of her tribe not actually a fan of her grandfather as she is far too aware of the atrocities he commited before settling down.

Deacon (John McKay) ☆ The Lone Wanderer

i yap about this enough to spare you the rant. What I will say is that Artemis is the only person among his Commonwealth friends who knows him and the Lone Wanderer are the same person and not just old friends or exes (Glory's theory that eventually caught on within HQ)

Artemis (Diane Monroe) ☆ The Courier

Another one I talk about a lot as is. Descended from politicians and Enclave officers, Artemis started calling herself Artemis around 2 years before the events of FO3. Mostly to avoid the dangers of still-active Enclave forces within the Commonwealth snatching her up. Somehow the Lone Wanderer and her wind up traveling together during his time working with the Brotherhood.
