Drum roll please...

Gloria Jakob

She's a 20-year-old half-elf sorcerer, who grew up with her human mom (Hungarian) and never knew her father.

She was chosen by the Goddess of the Moon (Artemis) when she was born, to be, basically, her embodiment, but she didn't tell her why exactly. She sent a white owl, Luxen, to watch over the child and to be the Goddess's messenger, and also to train the girl.

One day, while Gloria and her mother were tending to their garden, with Luxen facepalming (or facewinging, because, well, bird) over the 16-year-old's clumsiness as she tried to use magic to harvest some herbs but ended up lighting her own hair on fire (she CANNOT do magic for the life of her, it's a wonder she hasn't died YET) to her mother's horror, they were attacked and had their house burned down by.... Someone. Noone knows what or who, but Gloria had to escape with Luxen, her mother dying in the fire. Since then, she's been on the run both from her memories and whoever wanted her dead that day.

As in personality, she is your typical "clumsy in practice, genius in thought" character who doesn't talk much, but when she does, the bard's vicious mockery is just a silly joke compared to it (sort of, but it doesn't always land the way she intended). She's also quite prideful, she will NEVER ask for help no matter how deep in shit she is.

Some fun facts:

She calls Luxen Lux or Lu, and he pretends to hate it

Despite being aroace, she is THE most dirty-minded person you will ever meet

If she was a real person, she would LOVE Paramore and Avril Lavigne

I started watching The Mighty Nein, and it lowkey made me wanna start D&D.

Any tips on how to start, like, do I create my OC first, and then start playing with ppl? Or how to create an OC so it doesn't suck that much?

I'm actually thinking of a teenage witch who has an owl friend or pet or familiar or whatever😅 Haven't figured out the lore yet😅

I designed one in 2024 but it was lowkey fugly so I redid it🥹 It's not like this one is some peak fantasy map or anything, but slightly better than the old one🥲

I tried to design my own cover for Kingdom of Dreams, but, as you can see, I lowkey suck at it😅

(the characters in order are Sarah, Somnius and Scott, and I used Picrew pictures cuz I don't have a drawing of Scott atm, and I didn't want the art styles to be so different 😅🥲)
