There's this scary girl that rules the school as a dictator and nobody does anything about it so everyone just deals with it. There's one singular girl who does all of the decorations for every event. One who is the captain of multiple sports teams. One who sells school merch that she apparently makes at home. One who is known to carry multiple stray animals in her backpack. One who (with her brother) personally handles bringing the beverages for dances. You're so used to this you forget it is normal

Oh and if you fuck up bad enough vice principal Luna will interogate you in a dark room. It's true she did it to the new girl. Oh, the new girl?

Yeah, the girl who showed up a bit into the year. I heard someone saw her crawling around next to the statue and talking to her dog right before the bell rang. She never went into any classes or anything. Well then she signed up to be the princess of the fall formal, yeah two days before the dance, definitely cutting it close. It's not like she'll beat sunset anyway, the one who is a dictator over the school, maybe you'll throw that new girl a vote anyway, it's not like anyone will kno- oh sunset is running a smear campaign on the new girl. For princess of the dance

Anyway the next day (also, you heard that the new girl wasn't seen leaving the library last night, twilight also wasn't seen entering the school in the morning but she did leave the library early. Whatever, it's a big school, it's not like she slept there) the new girl's friends (who were bitter ex friends who hated each other yesterday) break out into song in the middle of the cafeteria (they're wearing ears and tails, like furries) and start singing about how great twilight is and how she should be the princess of the dance. You think everyone is taking this all a little to seriously, but you gotta admit it's a catchy tune, (also everyone has those tails and ears now #furrypride) and it would be nice to see sunset NOT get something

But then the gym was trashed and new girl got the interrogation treatment from the vice principal. Terrifying, isn't she? The dance is moved back a night but then everyone cleans the gym (why are we students doing this? Any of this? I thought this was something people got hired for) and so it's moved back to tonight. You're not sure if your supprised or not when new girl wins the crown (and goddamnit that song is stuck in your head again)

But then twilight and her friends run outside (one of the animals that group beings to school got grabbed?) so naturally everyone follows. Only to see them all hollering about magic? And portals? Dicttaotor girl steals that crown (it's just a school dance crown) and puts it on and turns into a literal fucking demon (it's not just a school dance crowm), turns her lackeays into smaller demons, tears down a sizable portion of the front wall of the school, and mind control's everybody. Everything after that is a little hazy but twilight and her friends fucking. Grow ears. Some of them have wings. Their hair gets long. They rainbow magic beam dictator-demon sunset

Now there's a big ass hole in the ground (matches the wall)(also your not mind controlled anymore) and somehow sunset survived that. Also magic is real, other dimensions are real, portals are real, the statue is occasionally a portal, new girl is a real genuine princess, you cannot stress enough how magic and alternate realities are known without a doubt real now and all of that just happened. In front of you. At your school dance. Oh and new girl's dog talks it speaks English. New girl goes back through the portal to the real existing alternate reality.

-Solid 8/10 movie

-didn’t like Matt Damon at first as Ody (I think I’m too stuck on Jorge being him) but he grew on me by the cyclops scene.

-AMAZING monsters

-Mid calypso

-Agamemnon has really cool armor (especially the helmet with that braid thing- it looks really fun).

-I won’t say more since the rest gets into movie specifics besides…

Rules:

Original characters only! Fandom OCs are fine, but the characters within the dynamic must be OCs.

Make something (writing, visual art, some other creation) with a given prompt, then post it on Tumblr during OC Dynamics Month and use the hashtag #ocdynamicsmonth26. Interpret the prompts freely and include as many OCs within the dynamic as you wish!

You can post your work late, for example you can post your creation for Day 1 on Day 15 if you want! All I ask is that you don't post them early.

There are no strict rules for what content is allowed. However, I may choose not to reblog something if I feel that it goes against the spirit of the event (AI generated content, hateful content etc). Including content warnings for heavy topics is encouraged!

Event is over but you still want to do the prompts? No worries, keep working on the daily prompts or fill the bonus prompts if you wish! I'll keep reblogging posts for a while after the event is over.

Bonus rule: interact with at least one other creation for each piece you make yourself! Like, reblog, leave a reply, or even send the creator a message if you want - let’s spread the love! ♡

Prompt guide

Each main prompt contains a type of relationship and an adjective. You can fill a day's prompt in one of 3 ways (using the first prompt as an example): 1. use only the type of relationship → make a piece about ex-friends, 2. use only the adjective → make a piece about ocs with a powerful dynamic OR 3. use both → make a piece about ex-friends who have a powerful dynamic. 

This year, the bonus prompts are dialogue prompts. You can combine or swap them with main prompts or just do them in addition to the main prompts! You can use the exact wording, tweak it to fit your piece, or simply use the dialogue to inspire your work without using it directly.
