compare with the real kanji

First up we have:

Compare with 太

The original kanji means “to gain weight”. But it adds the コ “ko” and ロ  “ro” katakana symbols at the top to represent the weight you gain while staying home due to the corona virus.

Then we have:

Compare with 会 

The original kanjij means “meeting”, but the lower radical is changed to look more like a “Z” to represent Zoom meetings. Thus, the new kanji means “web meetings” or “zoom calls”

And of course another social distancing one:

Compare with 話 

This means “to talk” or “chat”, but it’s changed simply to show the two radicals social distancing from one another as we should also while holding conversations nowadays.

In Russian, expressing a need for something is formed by using a pronoun in the dative case (Мне, Тебе, Ему (n,m), Ей (f), Нам, Вам, Им) + нужно which changes in gender and number depending on the gender and number of the thing being needed.

нужно = for neuter singular nouns and infinitives нужна = for feminine singular nouns нужен = for masculine singular nouns нужны = for plural nouns

This is then followed by a noun (in the nominative case) or infinitive. 

Мне нужно работать. - I need to work. Мне нужно молоко. - I need milk. Мне нужна кошка. - I need a cat. Мне нужен дом. - I need a house. Мне нужны деньги. - I need money. 

In addition, “мне надо” also means “I need”, but can only be used with verbs and is more colloquial than нужно.
