Cleaning/sanitation jobs are some of the most vital jobs in society, without them we'd be buried in our own trash and all public spaces would quickly become unsafely unhygienic. Despite how vital their role is to society they're often treated poorly and generally looked down on by the rest of society. Treating them with respect and kindness and letting them know you appreciate the job they do can go a long way in making their day and their job in general better, and you do want happy cleaning/sanitation workers because of how important they are.

I kinda think this dude needs to die. "I convinced my wife to starve herself so I would want to fuck her more, but now she's not enthusiastic about me fucking her because she's experiencing starvation. This is obviously her fault"

in any case there can be no doubt that this dude is entitled & borderline sexist & that this poor woman’s quality of life was drastically decreased for no good reason. 

... But only "borderline" sexist? How is this guy (Mr. "She's there to be pretty and sexy for me and to take care of all household stuff all by herself and also of me, a full grownup who can't be arsed to prepare his own meals or those of his children") not fully sexist?
