These strawberry cake pops are a festive and fun treat that are ideal for any occasion. The combination of moist cake and creamy frosting dipped in sweet white chocolate and sprinkled with colorful sprinkles is sure to please both children and adults.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 180C. Combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat for 30 seconds on low speed, then 2 minutes on medium speed. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake crumbles and vanilla frosting. Mix until everything is well combined. Form the mixture into balls with a cookie scoop and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate the cake balls for at least 30 minutes before serving. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white candy melts according to the package directions. Insert a lollipop stick into a cake ball after dipping it in the melted candy. Continue with the remaining cake balls. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy, tapping off excess, and then top with rainbow sprinkles. Place the cake pops in a block of Styrofoam to dry and harden. Serve and have fun.
