These soft, chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are bursting with peanut butter and chocolate flavour. It's ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet. Cream together the peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually. Incorporate the chocolate chips. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet in rounded tablespoonfuls, spacing them about 2 inches apart. 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned. Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
