Indulge in the nostalgic delight of homemade ice cream drumsticks with creamy vanilla ice cream, crunchy waffle cones, and a decadent chocolate coating.

Ingredients: 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 12 waffle cones. 1 cup chocolate chips. 2 tablespoons coconut oil. 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional.

Instructions: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined. Spoon the mixture into the waffle cones, filling them to the top and smoothing the surface. Place the filled cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Once the ice cream-filled cones are firm, dip the tops of each cone into the melted chocolate mixture, allowing the excess to drip off. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the melted chocolate if desired. Return the dipped cones to the parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for an additional 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets. Serve and enjoy!
