The timing of it just made me laugh because you can see in the shots before Zhen Ping rushing after Mei Changsu with the folded umbrella like he's going to open it, but when Mei Changsu yells at Prince Jing, he pauses for a moment, then during the tense silence before Jingyan replies he takes the opportunity to open the umbrella so he can hold it for Mei Changsu while they have this standoff.

Been a while since I've done art. Since I've been rewatching Nirvana in Fire for the like 6th time, I decided to do some studies to ease back into things and get some practice in.

I kinda just picked some screenshots I took at random of some characters, and it was fun seeing the way I slowly started messing with colors more and more with each one, so by the time I got to Qin Banrou I was just going kinda crazy with picking colors.

Summary: After Mount Changming, finally free of the nails and his past, Zhou Zishu happily wanders the jianghu with Wen Kexing. Then, a carriage crosses their path. A face catches the light.

Zhou Zishu thinks he has seen a ghost.
