Me and my wife have been struggling a LOT with bills and everything to keep a roof over our head, we've had trouble paying rent, paying electricity bills, etc.

And that hasn't left us with any money for food, HRT, or any other important medications.

We need urgent help to be able to get food, and medicine such as anti depressants, blood pressure medications, and HRT.
