….or, more specifically, morrigan did it. morrigan and alistair, but only because he was the only character she was able to keep alive for the entire battle. that poor man got lifewarded and revived so many times and had so many injuries by the time my warden woke up and stabbified the archdemon, i don’t know how he survived to be crowned king

meanwhile morrigan spent the battle racing around to every ballista spamming the dragon with 49-damage shots, calling out for allies, and spamming group heal (because i, an asshole, made morrigan a spirit healer)

and thank goodness i live alone because i spent the whole battle yelling “ahhhh why is alistair on 2% health again!!!!! quit dying, zevran!!! nooooOOOO GET AWAY FROM ME LEAVE ME ALONE YOU FREAKY DARKSPAWN BUGS!!!!”

(hate shrieks. giant screaming roaches that can pin you down and crunch on you???? blegfhhhegeh)

…anyway, my warden is now Warden-Constable of Amaranthine and alistair is king and they’re married so technically she’s also Queen Vera Cousland altho she only sees her beloved on the road. morrigan ran away with baby kieran along for the ride, so my inquisitor will see them later. zev & leliana are the warden-constable’s ride or dies.

Colleague

a. She’s 5′ 11″ and can never find pants long enough for her legs or shirts long enough for her arms.

b. She hates synthetic fibers as much as I do and it’s difficult to find natural fiber clothes that aren’t made of cotton

c. She’s a biologist and would physically fistfight microplastics if given half a chance

So her gift from mom and dad for her birthday was a sewing machine. Not a super expensive one but a good solid serviceable one.

And recently she asked “So where do I GET wool or linen and thread that isn’t polyester” and mom was like ‘go ask your sister’
