On this day in 1929, my grandfather Mangal Singh was born. He died unexpectedly 3 years ago at the end of 2017 when he was 88. He loved birthdays and we've continued celebrating his and all of ours as a family. . . It finally happened! For 12 years I've been trying to convince my grandmother to eat out when it's just the two of us, usually after her doctor appointments. She's extremely picky about what she eats and she's never said yes, until today! We got french fries at @burgerking and she even ate them with ketchup which she always refuses! . . The second picture is of my grandfather who was a foodie. He would eat anything and everything, critique it and then ask for more. His picture is from 2016 when I took him to @sweethutbakerycafe and he loved everything!
