What i plan on doing once I finish this semester of college
1. Stop gooning in the morning, im not going no nut but I am aware that jorking in the morning is bad for me mentally and emotionally so I gotta do something
2. Just walk, I am not fit or in shape at all, granted im not like those people on TV im just below 300 pounds at 6 feet something but I am still over weight and im doing nothing. Working out physically hurts and getting up makes a low roar come out of my mouth. So I need to walk just anything do anything
3. Focus on veggies where applicable, Im not going vegan that is way to much for me to do but stress wise and taste wise but I am pulling back on meat. Not because of like the health benefits or ecological benefits or guilt tripping no, none of that mainly because I dont understand that, no no no im doing this because I need to get my eating under control and forcing a system may help me by putting an actual restriction on myself. So avoid meat unless served it because thats a waste,dairy and eggs are fines because I would explode without them and try to focus on meals that have a focus on veggies fruits and bread when financially available, thank fuck for 1 dollar bean burrito
