I dated an ER nurse and one night she told me about how this guy came in screaming bloody murder in pain. Turned out that his wife stuck a whole pepperoni in his ass and it broke off in there. Since meat especially dry meat is sponge like the pepperoni soaked up whatever fluid was in his colon and swelled up to the diameter of bologna. She told me the whole ER unit was amazed at the X-rays of this giant log of meat in this niggas ass.
