If we’re talking pure cuppa indulgence, it’s a crossover with IDW/MTMTE. A handful of the LL crew are away from the Lost Light on a shuttle, but it crashes on Earthbread (which i THINK is a planet of its own?? but idk. game-accurate plothole moment), maybe near the Golden Cheese Kingdom. Now with a broken ship and communicator, they need to find a way to fix everything. Surveying the local landscape has them realize that the native species are all composed of strange elements--organic in some ways but artificial in others--and the most dominant are all humanoid. Some of them would even recognize them as mimicking humans themselves, in a way.
So, the crew assume cookie holoforms to blend in. Rodimus, Magnus, and Drift--or Rodimus Cookie, Magnus Cookie, and Drift Cookie--are your main three, and the ones you can pull from their special cookie gacha. There are some other crew there, like maybe Ratchet and Perceptor/Brainstorm at the very least, but they'd all be npcs. While they wouldn't have as much relevance to the plot as the main four, they'd still be pullable from their own gacha. It's kinda like how the KPDH collab handled its eight characters ykyk
Anyway, quirky shenanigans ensue. Maybe after some misadventures where they bump into familiar cookie faces, the crew stumble on some or all the ancients fighting… cake monsters, since this can be during CRK Act 1. LL crew comes in and helps fight them off, and after they celebrate their victory, they ask the ancients for help with fixing their ship. Pure Vanilla and Golden Cheese, with their individual knowledge of magic and technology, agree to investigate what could be wrong. Pure Vanilla brings Espresso and Crepe along, while Golden Cheese brings herself and her cheesebirds. At this point in time, Burnt/Mozz/Smoked are still in the virtual kingdom. We get fun interactions between the cookies and the LL crew while they check out the ship, and as the cookies note how 1) enormous it is and 2) alien it seems, the LL crew come up with an excuse--for now. I think Pure Vanilla's suspicion comes first.
BUT it's still hunky dory!! That is, maybe until a random band of rogue decepticons show up and start causing chaos. Now, because everyone is a cookie, they're pinpricks compared to these robots. The ancients and their friends would try oh so valiantly to stop them, protecting the crew since they think they're regular civilians, but they're no match. So, the LL crew are forced to come out of their holoforms, assume their regular cybertronian forms, and help them fight the cons! Cool image of the ancients riding the cybertronians' shoulders as they battle. The cons are beaten and retreat, everyone celebrates, and the crew are like "yeah so we were actually giant robots this whole time, we just try to keep a low profile on alien planets". The ancients are all understanding, and one of them notices that that one of the cons dropped a communicator. The crew realize they can call the Lost Light to pick them up and salvage the shuttle, if only they find a way to modify the communicator to pick up its signal. The cookies and crew get to work repairing it and transfiguring it, and in due time, Rodimus has a working communicator that he immediately phones Megatron with. The LL appears in the sky, continent-scale to these cookies, and a shuttle descends to pick everyone and the ship up. The crew, back in their cookie holoforms, say goodbye to everyone... but not before Rodimus gifts them a Rodimus Badge, because of course he would. The end! :]
That's how I'd write a transformers-crk crossover! I'd treat it as a silly side adventure for both parties. I didn't expect to yap this much so thanks anon!
Rodimus and Pure Vanilla by default since they're the de facto leaders, but I can see Pure Vanilla and Drift getting along especially well. Both have the "I prefer peace and happiness and faith but I'm not afraid to use violence if I have to" kinda thing about them. Rodimus and Hollyberry would also be fun!
Magnus and Dark Cacao have silly potential. Both are old men whose communication skills vary, unless it's to give astute orders
I think Golden Cheese is the glue holding them all together. She'd be the one most fascinated and excited about cybertronians! Their technology could even help her. Honestly, I could see the LL crew leaving something behind for her to research
For the stats of the main three, Rodimus Cookie is a fire charge, Drift Cookie is steel and ambush, and Magnus Cookie is steel and defense!
