2. Sex is not binary nor does it pretty much ever like to stick to any distinct "observable fact". The one rule across all of biology is that mother nature doesn't do rules. Any time you make a "rule", it will be broken. Ask any biologist.

3. Many animals- including humans- can change their sex. Your ask implies that sex is an immutable fact that cannot change. You are just factually incorrect.

4. You are insinuating that "gender identity" is wholly separate from sex. Sexgender exists as an interconnected social construct, and both can be changed.

5. I may not speak for every intersex person out there, but intersexness DOES hold weight in how i identify, and i know that to be true for all of the other intersex people i know. I resent the idea that intersexness is simply just "(AGAB) but disordered"- my sex is intersex. My AGAB is "U". My gender identity does not exist separately from my sex, which is intersex. My intersexness has flavored every experience of mine related to sex and gender, and thus, it has THE MOST weight in my gender identity, i would say. I believe in understanding sex as a spectrum, and that for some people, "intersex" is indeed a whole sex label of its own for those who cannot be cleanly defined as male or female.

but these arguments are so strange to me because they inherently exclude me. people will exclude me from their language & understanding of sexgender TO MY FACE and whenever i ask for them to explain how i fit in their framing of the world, they will always get frustrated and then waffle about how people like me are exceptions, edge cases, collateral damage, as if that exempts them from considering my existence for even a Second of their life. because they don't want to. because the existence of someone who cannot be physically defined as either male or female makes people very uncomfortable, and when they are uncomfortable with me, they must find a way to make it my fault, not theirs. you can't let me exist because you find the fake boxes humanity has made very comfortable and you don't want me going and ruining it. you know i disprove your entire worldview and you hate it.

When it comes to stuff like racism, sexism, homophobia, etc, I’ve found it’s usually way better to think to yourself ‘I don’t want to be’ than ‘I’m not’.
