A delightful Pizza Pasta Salad that combines the flavors of pizza with the freshness of a salad. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup black olives, sliced. 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced. 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1/2 cup pepperoni slices. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated. 1/4 cup Italian dressing. 1/4 cup pizza sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta. Take it out and let it cool down. Put the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, green bell pepper, red onion, pepperoni slices, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil leaves in a large bowl. While you're at it, mix the pizza sauce and Italian dressing in a different bowl. Add pepper and salt to taste. Add the dressing to the pasta salad and mix everything together so it's all covered. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix. Enjoy! Serve cold.
