This Garlic Ginger Soy Grilled Beef Steak recipe offers a perfect blend of savory and sweet flavors, enhanced by the aromatic combination of garlic and ginger. The soy sauce adds depth while honey brings a touch of sweetness. Grilling the marinated beef steaks to perfection ensures juicy and flavorful results.
Ingredients: 4 beef steaks about 6 oz each. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Cut up the ginger and garlic and put them in a bowl with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and black pepper. This is the marinade. Put the beef steaks in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are covered all over. Put it in the fridge with the lid on for at least an hour, or overnight for the best results. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the beef steaks out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Use olive oil to coat both sides of the steaks. For medium-rare steaks, grill them for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. You can change the cooking time to get the doneness you want. Grab the steaks from the grill and give them a moment to rest before you serve them. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
